Why America's Cup Rules are BROKEN!

If the racing in these new AC75s has taught us anything, it's that relative penalties are not working. The America's Cup rules are broken.

Good penalties should be consistent, balanced and absolute. The present penalty system is weak, leads to professional fouls and imbalance in the game, as well a being inconsistent and relying to heavily on umpire judgement and communication.

Here is my take on how to fix it!
