Framing the roof $1200 for a small affordable house

In this video we frame the roof for this small affordable house. The roof pitch is 4/12 I wanted to keep it as low as I could not to block my neighbors view. The rafters in the front are 2 by 12s that part of the house will be vaulted. Rest of the house will have flat ceilings. I also show the price of trusses I almost bought from Home Depot for this build.
