Hardee Shah, our guest speaker in this session of D'IVE, is a Senior Vice-president of Innovation at one of the India's largest conglomerates - Aditya Birla Group. She has worked in senior positions in consumer-facing businesses at Marico, Kellogs and Godrej. She presented her perspective on the impact of the crisis on the consumer behaviour and how businesses can align & adapt to this change.
