The song is from the Downton Abbey soundtrack and it's called "Did I Make The Most of Loving You", sung by Mary-Jess.

Supposedly, she wrote the song for the soundtrack with Mary and Matthew in mind, so a very fitting song for them I think. And thanks to eolivet for suggesting this song to me.
