Reserve & Collect Service available at all PMT stores - Shop online & pickup at local PMT store!

Starting from Monday 1st June 2020, all PMT stores will be open to provide a Reserve & Collect service for orders taken online. We are taking specific measures to keep our valued customers and our staff safe, so please watch the video for more information on this reserve and collect service at PMT.

• Starting from Monday 1st June 2020, all PMT stores will be open to provide a Reserve & Collect service for orders taken online.

• To facilitate this Reserve & Collect service, we have put special measures in place to protect both our colleagues and customers.

• If you need to visit a PMT store to collect your item, you must respect these strict Social Distancing measures when outside and inside of the store / collection point. You will be asked to use the provided hand sanitiser at point of entry and again at exit of the collection point.

• Please do not come to a store unless you have received an email acknowledging your reserve & collect order. You must bring proof of your Reserve & Collect order which will be checked at the collection point. You will not be allowed to enter the store unless you are able to show proof of your Reserve & Collect order.

• Only those items on your original Reserve & Collect order will be permitted for purchase, no additional items can be purchased at the collection point.

• When in the store / collection point you will be asked for full payment of the goods on your reserve & collect order. Payments for reserve and collect items are not made online.

• Card payments only at the collection point (NO CASH)

• Items are usually ready to collect within 2 hours from receiving your reserve & collect order confirmation - Collecting items same-day may on occasion be subject to delays against confirmed collection times.

• No browsing or equipment demonstrations are allowed. This is strictly a collection only service for reserve & collect orders placed online at www.pmtonline.co.uk.

• We will hold any item that has been reserved until the end of the next working day (including Saturday and Sunday).

Reserve & Collect store opening hours are:

Monday to Saturday 9.30am-6pm
Sunday 11am-5pm
Please note PMT London hours differ.

*Monday - Wednesday: 11am - 7pm
Thursday: 11am - 8pm
Friday: 11am - 7pm
Saturday: 9:30am - 6pm
Sunday: 11am - 5pm

Can I still shop online at PMT?

• Yes, you can still access the UK's largest stock holding by shopping online 24/7 at www.pmtonline.co.uk.

Is PMT still shipping orders?

• Yes! Rest assured that home delivery remains possible for online orders.

• We use DPD to ship orders, who are currently operating a non-contact service.
