Deleting a Style | KDB Set | Pad | Sound

The SET Manager now offers an easy way of making more space in RAM, by providing an option to *Delete a Style / Performance / Pad including it's Sounds + Samples.

* Note: The entire SET is scanned to make sure the deleted sound isn't being used elsewhere within the SET. It is only deleted if it's safe and unused within the set.
