Commander Bacara Stopped Order 66 in New Clone Wars Similar To Rex - Clone Wars Explained

Just as Captain Rex was shown to hesitate during Order 66 a lot of things point to Bacara doing the same thing with Ki Adi Mundi, Revenge of the Sith doesn't do it justice.
