The Prosecutor: No one should have that much power

We have a system where in every jurisdiction across America, one man or woman, the elected prosecutor in Utah County, that's me, one man or woman has complete authority to charge, to investigate whoever they want to investigate, charge whoever they want to charge, give a deal to anyone they want to give them a deal to. And then, if that's not enough, they have 100% complete immunity for their actions.

No prosecutor, I mean, no one in America should have that kind of power over an individual's life.
