Gelert, who is kind of one of the old dudes, because his bones are fragile and he's unable to hang with the other bats, has decided the new pool noodle with the polar fleece cover, is his and his alone. He decides to scent mark the noodle to impress Cinders, who is looking on (without a great deal of enthusiasm) and is just going "mehhh" to his efforts.
He renews his enthusiastic scent marking with the occasional sniff at Cinders' bits, to reassure himself of her receptivity.
Walter is sleepy and uncharacteristically disinterested by the shenanigans and stays somnolent.
Cinders is probably playing hard to get, but she's not really impressed and is staying cool.

This video is a fundraiser for a super duper aviary for Mandi and her bats in care. She needs separate spaces so she can separate various bats for care, separate the rehab bats from Walter and Teddy, and sin bin the offending batties when they harass the girls during breeding season (Copernicus is a particular offender).
Tolga Bat Hospital takes donations for the aviary fundraiser.
Mention Megabattie or Meg/Aviary in the PayPal message box and the money will find its way to the aviary building fund.

IMPORTANT: If you pay through the PayPal Giving Fund which is the preferred method of donating, can you please email Jenny with the amount donated and the name under which you have donated, OR just forward along the PP receipt.
The Giving Fund doesn’t charge any fees (so the bats get more money) but PP doesn’t itemise out the amount, they just send a total every month, and we don’t know if the money is for Tolga or for Megabattie.
