The driver then exited the vehicle, walked to a neighbor's house, knocked on the door (nobody answered), walked back to the vehicle, re-entered and then left. A passenger is seen sitting in the front passenger seat; this person does not exit. Neither resident recognizes the vehicle nor the occupants; neither were expecting any visitors.
