PH Central Bank Chief welcomes business resumption, confident things will be fairly normal by July

Philippine Central Bank Governor Benjamin Diokno welcomes the resumption of business operations in areas under general community quarantine. He is confident things will be fairly normal by July. Diokno cites the construction and agriculture sectors as among the industries likely to make quick recoveries from the COVID-19 impact. He's also optimistic about the country's push for cashless transactions.
