This property needs a new garage door and some small alterations inside. Follow me as I sell 5 rental properties so I can reinvest my capital into a commercial real estate building. These houses had great cashflow in the early years but became so valuable they no longer produce a low return on market value. Fixing up properties to sell I usually do the bare minimum when the lots are so valuable and there is a good chance of the home being torn down.
