We would always advise motorists to stop and help an animal if you have hit them after the tragic case of a puppy left with multiple broken pelvis.
A young puppy was left in such an appalling state. This is the horrifying moment a heartless car driver didn't stop and run over a puppy and sped away. He was yelping and limping. He is still very young puppy and was in a bad state when we rescued him.
Havana was rushed to the vet, where X-rays revealed Havana had severe swelling and bruising around the stomach area, which he is on medication for. He also had a broken leg and a bad dislocation hip.
