1) Firstly sugar drinks and carbonated drinks which are mostly consumed drinks but they are no longer safe and avoid them .
2) Refined flours containing carbohydrates
Like maida are not at all safe so stop using them ASAP.
3) Food's with trans fat like hydrogenated oils shows very negative impact so avoid them from your diet.
4) Junk food like burgers pizzas are like slow poisons avoid them as possible as you can.
5) Artificial sweeteners which are very very dangerous as it contains aspartame which is very dangerous to body so don't use it.
6) Alcohol over consuming which should be avoided
7) high mercury fish consumption which means some fishes are having higher mercury levels such foods are consumed as little as possible.
