3 bunch of green coriander
2 bunch mint leaves
3 green chilies
6-7 cloves of garlic
1 inch ginger
grind it into a paste and marinate the chicken with un sweetened curd
let it rest in room temperature 1-2 hours
before hand friend 6 chopped onions
heat cooking oil in pan
add 1 bay leaf
1 cinnamon stick
2-3 cloves of crushed cardamom
fry for 3-4 seconds
than add marinated chicken
fry the chicken until the moisture reduces
then let it cook in medium flame for 15mins or until the water reduces
after the water reduces add the fried onions
add salt as taste
add coriander powder
chili powder
chicken masala
fry for a while
turmeric powder for colour
add warm water
cook for 15 mins
check with a fork if the chicken is tender and cooked
garnish with ginger Julien and slit green chillies
