Guess we can call this ''an Event'' area that appears out on the map
But only for a limited amount of time right after escaping Helgen's keep
there is also a unique SPEECH SKILL BOOK in there that most players will most certainly skip, either cos they decided to ignore it or just cos most player won't even know about this place
what i call the Ravaged Khajiit Caravan
i have my theories that places such this will disappear right after entering to any of the main big cities or towns
many things out there on SKYRIM may change right after entering any of the major towns such Riften or Whiterun etc
